Terms Of Purchase
When a painting is displayed in a gallery, it is only available for purchase through that gallery (and not through ShirleySeguinFineArt.com). If you would like to obtain information on any original on this website, please contact me, and I will get back to you promtly with its price and current location. If you are interested in seeing a painting in person, we can arrange a viewing in my studio (or, if that painting is currently on display, I will direct you to a gallery where it can be seen).
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments made for products on ShirleySeguinFineArt.com will be through Venmo or Zelle.
Other payment options: If you’d like to pay by check, please contact me for my “snail mail” mailing address. Cash payments and checks are accepted in person – please call / e-mail if you would like to arrange an appointment.
All products (prints and finished paintings) will ship out within 3 business days from the time your payment clears. (Please note that custom prints and commissioned paintings will take longer to ship due to increased production time, in which case I will communicate with you and give you a time line.)
Also note that if you are making an electronic check (e-check) PayPal payment, it will take approximately 3-4 business days longer to clear than on-line credit card payments.
All orders will be shipped from Atlanta area.
- Small canvases (up to 8×10) ship via USPS First Class Mail.
- Large and medium unframed prints as well as small framed prints ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- Large framed works as well as originals ship via FedEx Ground / Home Delivery.
The tracking number will be emailed to you after shipping is processed.
Expedited shipping is available; additional charges will apply. However, in some cases expedited shipping costs can be waived if you reside in the Atlanta area – when a delivery or pick-up can be arranged. Please contact me to obtain rates on expedited shipping of specific products.
There is an extra charge for international shipments. If you are placing an order from a country other than U.S., Canada, or Puerto Rico, please contact me for a shipping quote.
Damaged Goods and Refunds
All sales are final, with the exceptions of damage in transit. In case of damage, Shirley Seguin Fine Arts will replace damaged merchandise at no charge. Damaged merchandise must be returned in order for replacement to take place. Notification of damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made within 3 days or receiving your product in order to obtain a replacement. Customer satisfaction is very important to me, so please do not hesitate to contact me if there are any ways in which I can improve your experience.
